Create lasting memories in our historic cedar barn and beautiful gardens. Our venue rental provides exclusive access to the entire facility, allowing you to personalize your dream wedding in a charming rustic setting.

The rental fee includes the use of the entire barn facility, including barn loft chapel, main floor reception hall, buffet room, covered outdoor patio, prep kitchen, bride’s room, groom’s room for a 12-hour period. Included is a 1-hour rehearsal on the Thursday prior to your event.

A non-refundable $500 deposit holds your date with the balance due 60 days before the event.

An outdoor garden wedding is always a wonderful choice, but with our unpredictable northwest weather, using the barn as an alternative, even in the summer, is a great option.

Damage Deposit

An additional $500 damage deposit is required 60 days prior to the event.

Additional Event Insurance Coverage required

Due to unforeseen liability risk, clients are asked to purchase event insurance. This is standard requirement for most venues. Event insurance can be purchased quickly online. Proof of insurance will be required for your event.
